Schmidty has spent his life around the game and brings a deep passion for baseball to everything he does. An Oak Ridge High School alum, he went on to become a California Junior College All-American and league MVP, earning a place in the Mendocino College Hall of Fame for his impact on the field.
He continued his career at the University of Nebraska, where he was named All–Big 12 as a shortstop. His performance at the college level led to him being drafted by the San Diego Padres.
With years of high-level playing experience, Schmidty brings a strong understanding of the game and a genuine love for developing athletes.

Jake was born and raised in Southern California, where his passion for sports began early. He excelled in football and baseball at Capital Christian High School and went on to play baseball at George Fox University, earning All-Conference honors and a degree in Exercise Science.
After college, he played professional baseball for three years, gaining valuable on-field experience that now shapes his coaching style.
As a coach and trainer, Jake combines his athletic background and academic knowledge to help athletes grow in skill, discipline, and mindset—while emphasizing teamwork, work ethic, and sportsmanship.

Coach Monty is a dedicated coach focused on motivation, hard work, and accountability. He excels at identifying athletes' strengths and weaknesses, challenging them to grow not only in sports but in life. As a life coach, he also emphasizes mental strength, personal development, and problem-solving skills.
Born in North Sacramento, Coach Monty played linebacker at Grant High School as an All-League athlete, continued at Sac City College, Alabama A&M, and Oregon, and competed for several years in semi-pro football with a brief stint on an NFL practice squad. His background and experience reflect his deep commitment to investing in every athlete's growth and success.

Youth Baseball Development Coach
Derek is a baseball coach with four years of experience playing as an infielder at the college level. He graduated with a degree in Kinesiology, which has given him a strong understanding of human movement and how to apply that knowledge to enhance athletic performance and prevent injuries.
Derek specializes in hitting mechanics, and infield techniques, but is also passionate about developing players mentally and physically. As a coach, Derek helps athletes build a solid work ethic, mental toughness, and a love for the game while preparing them for success both on and off the field.

Nichole
Nichole earned a scholarship to San Francisco State University, where she competed as both a pitcher and first baseman. During her collegiate career, she established herself as a defensive standout, holding a university defensive record, and was also a home run leader for the team.
After completing her 4 years at State she was asked to return as an assistant coach. In 2020, her 2005 team was inducted into the university’s Hall of Fame.
Nichole brings firsthand experience, leadership, and a deep understanding of the game to the next generation of athletes. She has a strong passion for developing players both on and off the field, emphasizing fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game.
Tyler
Grew up playing travel baseball in the Sacramento area. Played four seasons at Ponderosa HS in Shingle Springs, Calif., including three years on varsity. Split time at both pitcher and middle infield. Helped lead his team to a 2019 CIF section championship. Went on to play at Sacramento State as a pitcher (2022-2025). Was made a Starting pitcher Junior and Senior year. Won the WAC regular season in 2025. Played summer baseball for the Lincoln Potters (2023) and Anchorage Glacier Pilots (2024). Was named to the Western Athletic Conference All-Academic Team (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025). Majored in Business Marketing
