Train Like an Athlete — Not Just a Player.

Our Off-Season Training Program is where development goes to the next level. This isn’t just “more reps” — it’s focused, high-intensity training designed to build complete athletes.


Each week, players train three days per week for two hours per session, progressing through structured phases that target every area of performance:

Hitting & Explosive Speed — Improve reaction time, bat speed, and power.

Pitching, Throwing & Strength — Build arm health, velocity, and total-body strength.

Defense, IQ & Position Work — Sharpen baseball and softball instincts and refine game-specific skills.

Athletes are coached by our elite Alpha staff in a motivating, small-group environment that emphasizes accountability, progression, and results. Every session builds on the last to ensure steady, measurable improvement — preparing athletes to dominate when the season starts again.
